Gyro Dog

In Greece, gyros are typically made from pork. At the Brooklyn Hot Dog Co., our Gyro Dogs are made from grass-fed beef and pasture-raised pork. Our take on this tasty Mediterranean classic delivers just the right amount of Greek gyro flavor, packed into a delicious all-natural hot dog.

What You Need:

  • 1 Gyro Brooklyn Hot Dog Co. hot dog
  • 1 hot dog bun of your liking
  • 1/4 cup of tzatziki sauce
  • A few thinly sliced slivers on red onion
  • 3 tablespoons of diced ripe tomato

      What You Do:

      1. Hydrotoast your hot dog
      2. Place hot dog in bun and top with tzatziki
      3. Sprinkle diced tomatoes and sliced onion on top of tzatziki
      4. Photograph it, eat it, post it, tag us and use #bkhotdogco
