Buffalo Dog Dip

Not only is this Buffalo Dog dip very easy to make—but also the tastiest thing you can bring to your friend’s Super Bowl party. This recipe combines just a few simple ingredients and pops out of the oven hot and ready to eat.

What You Need:

  • 3 Buffalo Chicken Brooklyn Hot Dogs sliced into 8-9 pieces each
  • 2 blocks of cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup bleu cheese crumbles
  • ½ cup bleu cheese dressing
  • ½ cup Buffalo hot sauce (we like Frank's Red Hot)
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (plus extra for sprinkling on top)

      What You Do:

      1. Preheat oven to 375ºF

      2. Add cream cheese, bleu cheese crumbles, bleu cheese dressing, hot sauce, and shredded cheese into a mixing bowl

      3. Mix to combine ingredients

      4. Transfer mixture into baking dish

      5. Add sliced hot dogs on top in a circular pattern

      6. Place baking dish on a cookie sheet, and put into preheated oven

      7. Bake for 30-45 minutes, or until bubbling

      8. Optional: Turn on the oven broiler, and broil dip for 3 minutes, or until golden brown

      9. Let cool for 10 minutes, and serve with crackers, celery and carrot sticks

      10. Photograph it, eat it, post it, tag us and use #bkhotdogco

      Goes great with:

Other people’s party dishes (that aren’t as good), or just like, eat it alone right out of the dish, we’re not gonna tell anymore.
