BK Breakfast Bake

Hot Dogs. Hot Breakfast. When eggs that crack, meet hot dogs that snap, great things happen. These egg cups are easy to make and are great for busy weekday mornings. Check it out:

What You Need:

  • 3 Classic All Beef Brooklyn Hot Dogs 
  • 12 eggs, beaten 
  • ¼ cup heavy cream 
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded 
  • Salt and pepper
  • Non-stick cooking spray
  • Muffin baking tin

      What You Do:

      1. Preheat oven to 350ºF

      2. Sear sliced (¼ inch thick) hot dogs in frying pan

      3. Beat eggs and heavy cream together in a large mixing bowl 

      4. Add spinach and cheddar to egg mixture

      5. Season egg mixture with salt and pepper

      6. Spray muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray

      7. Pour egg mixture into muffin tin

      8. Add hot dogs and sprinkle extra cheese on top

      9. Bake 15-20 mins, or until set
